Is there any way to block or control data transfer for specific apps?

Hi there, I wonder if there is some way to block data transfer for specific applications, apps permissions don't consider that (as far as I know).

As far as I know, the native apps give some control over what gets transferred. As for the Android ports, you are at their mercy.
