    For which platform?

    BBOS is EOL. BB10 has announced EOL for next Dec, and no longer has a pay mechanism on BlackBerry World. BlackBerry Android requires no special developer support.

    There is a Developer Lounge here in the CrackBerry forums... if you have questions, you could try asking them there.

    I doubt BlackBerry is offering support for developers at this point.
