I've tried using Link and it just sits there and looks at me when I try to backup my phone. I even tried to do a custom backup but once I click the link to customize it, nothing ever happens.

Backup Pro is a good choice, you should be able to find it in Blackberry World. I use it to back up my Z10 to Dropbox, but it will also back up to SD card and possibly other destinations. You can backup different data components (like contacts or calendar) or just check everything. You can password protect the backup. When I first got it I had questions and the developer was responsive. BTW I also had issues with Link, it would start the backup and then the progress bar would stall forever.

I�ve never tried but Sachesi is another way to create a backup.

Sachesi works without all the overhead of Link.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the help. I do have Sachesi downloaded so I will try that.

Does Sachesi restore settings and apps you have to log into like Facebook, iGrann, etc?
