    Whenever I get a text with (I think) pictures or emoticons, I am seeing "???".

    I believe they are pics from an iphone.

    Any help!?

    I've seen that on unrecognized emoticons in SMS and sometimes BBM. There may be emojis codes the various apps don't understand, and substitutes question marks in place of characters.
