[CrackBerry Question]

I have a BB Passport Model SWQ100-1 Software Release 10.3.1779. Text messages sent to me are be received by my phone however, when I send out text msgs - the msg "General problem" comes up and the message will not send (I tried resending). It happens only to one particular phone number that I''m texting to. (IPhone).
Please advise what I need to do I can receive text messages from the phone number but cannot send to that same number.

Do you have this number in your contacts? If so, I would try removing it temporarily and text straight to the phone number and see if the issue persists.

Thank you for the suggestion, however, unfortunately it Didn't work. I deleted the contact and all info connected with that person and I typed in only the ph # in text and it still comes up "General problems". Why would it happen to only one phone number. Every other number works ?

Try calling your carrier for technical support. This is a very broad issue and would be very difficult for us to fix, beyond telling you to reboot your phone or something...
