    Sorry, not a BlackBerry user so please ignore my ignorance. My son has a Classic running on T-Mobile. The other day texting via BBM just stopped, as in he didn't get any responses. A reboot of the phone downloaded a backlog of messages with "Temporary failure" and Permanent Failure. Any idea what this is or how to correct? I've suggested a system reset but I'm sure he hasn't done this yet.
