Don't know what tango is, but Skype is an android port. Based on personal experience and the threads I've seen here, for some people, Skype runs well. For others, it doesn't work.

In my case, it works well (but I am using a Z10, 10.3.1.1154). There's a thread here from a Classic user that says running Skype freezes his phone, for example:
