I've been getting a bit frustrated with the way Touchdown for Smartphones has been working on my phone. The notifications never seem to work right and even after a meeting I still get notice that the event is occurring an hour or two after it has already passed.

I would like to just connect my work email to my phone using Exchange, however I'm a little nervous what my company could see on my phone.

I know for a fact they can send a remote wipe to my phone, but can they also view my browser history, text messages, and phone calls?

I could be wrong but I think they can only see the email, but not sure.
My Passport is synced to my companies mail server too.

If you are only setting up to receive your email (and probably contacts & calendar) via Exchange Active Sync, that's all they'll have access to. Which they do already, of course.

Edit: note that your data plan may take a big hit, depending on how much email you receive. If you want to test the waters, I'd suggest at least being on WiFi for the initial sync.
