[CrackBerry Question]

I have always had Blackberry's, however I find that when I synch my Z10 with my computer at office and then lap top at home I lose contacts, there are duplicates and triplicates of items and I can't get my calendar to synch. I have never had this issue - before all of my devices would cross synch. Any solution - really don't want an I-phone but that is where I am heading or ditch everything and go back to paper. Any solutions?

Are you using LINK to SYNC your outlook data, or are you talking about accounts that use a cloud service like Active-sync, IMAP.... to SYNC?

"Some" have had issues after doing an OTA update or after doing a restore.

1) Try moving away from using LINK.

2) Try a fresh OS installation (backup first), then try doing a restore. If the issues return, do another clean install without a restore.
