    I have just bought a Bold 9900 and I want to transfer all my data, contacts, programs from my 9000 to it. Please, how do I do this. I have the Blackberry Desktop Software on my computer.

    You can back up the apps with BB Swiss Army Knife, sync contacts to PC and then to Bold 9900, manually copy photos and videos, etc.
