Is your company using Microsoft Exchange with ActiveSync? If so it's really easy. Add a new account to your BBRY for Exchange/ActiveSync and it will sync your email, contacts, and calendar. Even tasks and memos

I think it really depends on how secure your company requires the email to be. If they use an Active Sync platform, it should be possible to be allowed access. However, talk to your IT guys at the company. They may have another solution.
