[CrackBerry Question]

So my SYM key is not perfectly sitting in place like all the other keys. It sort of is slanting inwards and to the right. If anyone else had this issue, does the one year warranty that came with the phone cover something like this? Bc i also have the dim lit problem for the C, V, B keys so I was wondering if Blackbery would just replace the entire keyboard to fix both issues...
