    I'm trying to register my device on Suretap and the app says "Unfortunately, your device doesn't seem to be SureTap ready".

    Now I'm using a Z10 on the Rogers network with a SureTap SIM. OS is official Rogers supported Z10STL100-3/

    Rogers lists the Z10 as supported. What else can be done? Anyone else successful on Rogers with Z10?

    I should add that my phone is unlocked and I brought my own device to Rogers instead of on contract. Wonder if this matters?

    Any luck getting this resolved? I am currently having the same problem. I am not able to make my Suretap or UGO wallet app working. I do have the NFC enabled sim card on my unlocked Z10. Rogers are refusing to help since they said it is not a Rogers issue phone which is pretty ridiculous. UGO have said that some of activation/rules should be sent by Rogers to the new card which Rogers denies.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I saw a previous post that said you need to make sure that Wifi is off when registering your cards or using the app.

    I'd try that first.

    Thank you for your reply dwaram. Wifi was off when I was registering. I have tried uninstalling the app, battery pulling, and then installing it again. Same problem.

    If anyone is having problems registering the app I finally got it to work on my Z10. Make sure your sim is a NFC sim. First I disabled my wifi. Then went to my app permission settings and gave the Suretap app access to my phone. I then opened the app and registered. I was also successful getting the $100 Mastercard.

    Unfortunately still doesn't work for me. I am starting to think there is a problem in my phone. My gf has an unlocked Z10 as well and I moved my sim card to her phone and was able to go pass the error screen I was getting on my Z10. Not sure how I can troubleshoot that any further.

    I want this but unfortunately they say my Z30 isn't compatible. Why would that be? I thought that the 30 was an upgrade to the 10.
