    I was wondering if TCL or whoever it is in charge have made any commitment to support their products keyone/two for a certain period of time, let's say 3 years and I'm not talking only about patches meaning rather everything? I would appreciate the answer..

    They are Android Enterprise Recommended devices - which means a minimum of one letter upgrade and 3 years of patches.

    In other words if I buy Keyone tomorrow with Android 8, it COULD be the last upgrade, there's no guaranty for the next letter upgrade.. Correct?

    Correct. I would go farther and say that O is LIKELY the last update for the KEYᵒⁿᵉ.
