BlackBerry has sent the OS to all carriers around the world. It's up to the carrier to release it to your specific device. Some take longer than others. I'm also waiting for me update.

Best thing to do is, send a message to your carrier and ask.

I just went through an autoloader and shut down the auto updates to get RID of the update you're all anxious for.

It has a serious bug that starts with being unable to delete android apps and then eventually turns into quick battery drain and a slowed down device.

Don't do it man! If you haven't gotten that update yet consider yourself lucky.

Have you hooked your phone to your computer and tried getting the update through BB Blend. That is how I got it on my retired Z10 with no Sim card. Rocking 24-7 with my Passport SE

Brother, no updates from Globe yet. But it's ok, the new version/update has a lot of bugs without a fix yet.
