I have a Z10, and I cant get spotify to play through the bluetooth in my 2012 mazda 3. When I try to play it, there is no sound on my device or in the car speakers. Does anyone know how to fix this, or if its even possible?

I use Spotify all the time lately on my z10. The app is a bit buggy but works ok.

Can you get another app playing music in your car or its just Spotify ?

I dont have any other music, only spotify

That would be a good start, to know if it's spotify or the phone. Try to copy mp3 to your device, or play a YouTube video.

I tried playing a YouTube video, and a music video I had saved to my phone, and nothing working on the bluetooth

Has it ever worked in that car, or are you just trying it for the first time?
Have you used other BT devices in that car successfully? It's possible that the stereo has issues. Car infotainment systems have a bad reputation for quality. It seems like 2015 was the year that they seemed to get it right.

Make sure your Bluetooth settings are saying that you're connected.
