    Im getting fed up with this, I'm on 10.2.1 and just updated Sportify through Snap.

    Now, when starting the app, it says I need to download the new version of the app on m.spotify.com

    I'm going insane...

    First, welcome!

    Some apps just don't play nice. Android apps can be troublesome. Try and delete it , reboot, and reinstall and see if it starts back for you.

    Wait, solved it. Do not download "Spotify" our of Snap. Download "Spotify Music". IT works

    I was having the same problem yesterday (Spotify app I had downloaded from 1Mobile said I needed to update via mobile site but wouldn't let me). I deleted it and downloaded the apparently updated Spotify app from Amazon App Store & it's working fine now.
