My speaker has stopped working for making phone calls (next to ear)

If I hold it very tight to my ear I can make out noise but could not hold a conversation.

To make a call I need to use the loud speaker, which is far from ideal with business call.

You are going to have to call your carrier and have it replaced or buy the part and replace it yourself. There must be some videos on you tube that will help you. Maybe someone else with this issue can give you some tips. They will post here we hope
