    I connect my z30 with pc but BlackBerry link can't receive data. Although my phone is still charging. What happened???

    Reboot your PC? USe CCLeaner to remove cached files? Then reboot and try again.

    Now that I think about it for a moment it may be that your BlackBerry didn't complete the initial setup. I had this happen to me. Just reboot your phone and see if a complete setup notification appears in the hub.

    Make sure your using original BlackBerry USB cable. I had an issue similar to this while using a generic cable. Once I used my original cable it started to work right. Just a thought.

    It may be your pc and windows latest updates. They seem to block BlackBerry phones from seeing computers.

    Is that really true? I have been seriously thinking about selling my Macbook and buying a Windows laptop? I am worried now!

    No. I've got multiple PC's with the latest Windows updates and have had no issues.
