    I have changed os but still I have some apps not working on mobile data, I am using 10.3.1.2726. Apps like paytm Vodaphone not working, but same working with wifi data. Pl gig proper solution...screen shot attached ..

    Download android assistant from any play store install it..and turn off the wifi from the setting in that.. and turn on mobile data in the same tool windows... it should work with that....
