    I just bought a new unlocked Z30 and even though I've downloaded the latest software, (10.3.2.2474), I keep getting notifications that a software update is available. Any suggestions on how to stop these notifications?

    Try to update further through the BlackBerry Link or wifi. You've got not the latest version. The last one is 2836.

    Thanks, I just updated through BlackBerry Link but it still updated 10.3.2.2474 so I'll see if the update notifications cease. I should know in a few hours or at most a day. I'll post the results here. Thanks again.

    Well I'm still getting software update notifications. I received one yesterday and another one today. Although I'm not really annoyed by them, (yet), it would be nice if they would stop.

    Hard reset the ******* (hold down the vol+ and vol- buttons until the device resets.)

    Then go to settings, updates, check for updates. Let it do it's thing.

    It derps sometimes, but once it realizes you have the new update, it will leave you alone.

    I'm not 100% sure, but I'd have to say no only because the latest notification I received was before I woke up this morning and I believe the battery still had 24% if I'm not mistaken. I just did a hard reset like John Vieira suggested below and when I checked for updates it showed that there was one available but when I selected update I then received the message stating I have the latest software. But the phone was on charge and at 98% so wee will see.

    I did the hard reset and checked for updates, found that an update was available but when I updated it showed that I had the latest software. So I have my fingers crossed that it's fixed. Thanks for your post.
