My current software version is 10.2.1.3101 on my BlackBerry. I happened to buy the Z3 from amazon.in. But no matter what I do, I cannot update my software. I live in India. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I done updation with 10.3.3.3057.but experts here are telling best version for z3 is 10.3.2.2813.that you can do with autoloader.back up should be done first.

You will have to do it yourself.

Download autoloader to PC, unzip, plug in phone, run autoloader. Done.

Device will be wiped, so use Ultimate Backup first if you wish.
