Download, install and sign in with version 4.1.07 first. Then update with version 9.3.1.0 after.

This is the best we can do right now. Just Google the apk files as they are easy to find.

Bonus step for advanced users: If you want to get rid of the annoying "Google Play Services" warning, patch BOTH apk files with Cobalt's patching tools FIRST. Then install as instructed above.

Follow these steps (I'm assuming your OS is up to date):
    1. Download and install snapchat v4.
    2. Login using your snapchat account.
    3. Download snapchat v9.2.0.0 to update the previously installed snapchat.
    4. Change the app appearance of your emulator to Rectangular.

    And that's about it.

Just a warning, my account has been PERMANENTLY LOCKED by Snapchat for using this method. They keep claiming that since I'm on a BlackBerry, I therefore have to be using an unauthorized third party app. So now my account is gone and I have no recourse. Y'all have been warned.

The workarounds hardly worked from the beginning anyway. Would only work for people that have never had their account suspended at any time.

In the process of just getting an old iphone as a secondary phone. It's quite clear Snapchat do not want Blackberry users using their app.

    Oh, my bad!
I thought that you are using a Passport. As far as I know, this option is not available for z10 users.
They don't need it anyway, due to Z10's standard screen-size.

My snapchat isn't working either, but its not a big deal to me, use it to contact my kids more than anything, but I did send snapchat a few choice words in their feedback section on their webpage. And let them know i'm a BB user.

An enterprising development company that wished to go head to head with snapchat, could own this market. People pay for convenience and options. A similar service that was open and accepting of all platforms and had apps available would have people flocking to it.

It's called bbm. But BlackBerry forfeit that battle by charging for timed messages..

BlackBerry, for some inconceivable reason, also won't let you record video in a resolution lower than 720p, making sending videos a painful and data intensive operation.

If timed messages were free, and bbm camera recorded in 360-480p, it would pwn snapchat..
Most of my bbm users are also snapchat users. Their main reasons for using bbm was for groups and to use timed photos - it works on more devices than snapchat.
Instagram has retract but no timed messages.

BlackBerry seems to be completely out of touch with reality. Charging for nudes? Lol

No you're wrong lol. Trust me no one in the younger demographic would use BBM. They want a simple client to send quick pics to their friends with and that's what snap chat is.

I find it ridiculous that BlackBerry is still trying to tell me that people like me and my peers don't want their products. It's a blatant lie. I don't know ANYBODY that doesn't want a BlackBerry, they are just scared to give them another chance because of what happened with the 8500. BlackBerry parades around telling them not to buy their devices, and then neuters devices in attempt to keep consumers away. I don't have a clue what BlackBerry is doing, but they could easily be relevant but CHOOSE to alienate their userbase, time and time again.

Ads in bbm on BlackBerry devices? Cmon. Charging for a custom pin? Smh, I don't even want to get into that one.. might give BlackBerry a bad idea

Well, as I said, if you are using a Z10 then you don't need to change the app appearance.
Why would you want to change it if you are using a device that has a standard form?

I'm assuming altering app appearance will only come in handy for Passport users, due to its abnormally non-standard form.
Based on the screenshot that you posted earlier, your sideloaded Snapchat seemed to be working fine.

So again, if you have followed the aforementioned steps and you managed to login then that's about it.
