Hi, I've got a problem with my Snap10 app. I'm not sure if it's just on my phone (Z10) or what. The problem is that whenever I send a snap to anyone the picture only comes on half of the screen but when they send me a snap it's in full screen. Please can someone help me!?

Contact the developer @NemOry on twitter or go to nemoryoliver.com and look for other contact details and ask him for help.
If he doesn't reply I'd recommend updating if you're not on newest version or re-installing

Remember to pull down the keyboard before sending snaps, and avoid sending landscape snaps, as Snap2Chat/Snap10 has problems with sending landscape photos.

I've just tried it and it doesn't work should I use the space button or doubletap the screen to remove the keyboard
