Is Snap a safe option for android apps?
This question might have been asked before a lot of times and apologies if I repeat myself but here is my issue: I've always been a Blackberry user and love their phones and I'm so ready to come back and get the Passport or the Classic. My only concern is that I use my phone a lot for mobile banking and trading the financial markets and so I needed an Android phone to access all of those apps. I understand that with options such as Snap, the app gap should be solved but I'm wondering whether it is safe to enter my banking details on an app downloaded via snap.
Is there anything different between that app vs getting it directly from the google play store with an android phone?
Also, I've seen some of those banking apps even on Blackberry World. However, they haven't been updated since like 2 years. Would you say it is safer to get the more updated version from the google play store vs using the outdated one from Blackberry World?
Thanks guys in advance for your expertise and own experiences. This is kind of my last hurdle that kept me from ordering the phone, otherwise I'm good to go :)
