    Today I backed up my Passport with the BlackBerry Z30 on the link via windows 8.1. It was good, got all my stuff back to the new device but Snap don't show up on my new Device which is there on my previous device will back up.

    With Snap, every time you do a restore, you will need to sideload Snap again...
