    Hi.
    I upgraded to day to OS 10.3.1.1565 on my Q10 and the volume for incoming calls is very low, I tried the usual configurations but nothing seems to work, still very low.
    Please help.

    I have the same issue with the official 10.3.1.1581 release on my Q10. All ringtones are much lower, like muffled. And my Facebook notifications are gone Although the app is there and updated to it's latest release.

    It's worse and affects all us passport users as well.

    Same problem witm my Q10. Also found, when I press a volume-button during an incoming call, the whole sound mutes, and the incoming call disconnects.
