Since the update to 10.3 my phone doesn't charge, and I don't have a network signal, what could have happened?

after update to 10.3 on my Q10, the phone doesn't charge, and i don't have network signal. i am now stranded because i cannot charge my phone and the battery is fully drained down. i also don't have any network signal. Please help!!

Have you tried a hard reset on your device?

Do a battery pull when the phone is switched on, re-insert your battery, hope it solves your problem
