    completed an update on my Priv blackberry. My phone recognized the Bluetooth in my chev malibou, but the car doesn't recognize the phone. Keeps trying to dial through on-star instead of the Bluetooth device

    I have the same problem, updated my PRIV to marshmallow 6.01. I have a 2013 Sierra gmc, no problem before the update. I can successfully pair the phone it connects briefly then never connects again. If I force the connection is connects for about 5 seconds. Pretty frustrated since I had used hands-free on the time.

    Same problem here, some poking around the Internet has shown that it is a problem with many makes of cars and many different phones. Main variable is updating to marshmallow

    Is this the "Bluetooth Share Has Stopped' problem. I have it after upgrading to MM and my bluetooth is useless now

    Maybe because your Malibu doesn't know that you're trying to connect to it because of your atrocious spelling. ;-)
