    Up to 5 hours sometimes. I use it for sensitive business issues a lot, and it's worthless when my clients are waiting for me and don't know why I haven't responded. When of course I have. When is this being addressed? fyi (I now use an iphoneX)

    Sadly a number of iOS users have reported the same... haven't seen a fix. Would expect it an issue with the app being disabled if not active. But I don't know where in iOS you as the user can change this.

    Hopefully someone with some BBMe and iOS experience know of a fix.
