SIM contacts are not loading to Device

Hi,

I bought a new 9720 BB device, the issue now I am facing with contacts, lots of contact numbers are there in my SIM card. When try to load SIM contacts it is not happening, the windows which shows Loading SIM phone book, but nothing happens, please help me on this matter and tell me how can I view my SIM contacts in BB device
