    My Q10 crapped out from the 10.3.1 update. Took 8 hours to resurrect it and only could flash it with a lower version 10.2.1 than the 3062. Unfortunately, I can't restore my contacts because my backup only works with 3062.

    You might want to look at using a different contact backup application in the future... Backup Pro is a good option.

    Or better yet, get your contacts in the cloud. I use outlook.com for my personal contacts - provides 2-Way Syncing.
