First Keyone was DOA due to hardware and software issues. Returned it and getting ready to buy a new one. A little "gun-shy" however, due to initial bad experience. Anyone recommend Amazon's 2-year extended warranty?

Being that no one has used one "long term" and being that there have been "some" issues.....
Plus the fact it cover normal stuff that the manufacture warranty doesn't... drops, cracks, spills. It is not a bad investment.
