Should I buy the BlackBerry Q10?

I'm looking to buy my first Blackberry phone and I think I want the Blackberry q10, but I'm wondering if the10.2.1 version and 10.3 version can be downloaded to any Blackberry Q10 phone or if I need a certain one, because I've noticed there are different SQN numbers like SQN100-1 or SQN 100-5? Can anyone help me with this?

Any one 10.2.1 or 10.3 can be downloaded for any Q10 model. All you'll need to make sure is that it indeed is for a Q10, and not some other phone (Z10, Q5, etc.)
