    I just want a phone with good battery life and the ability to quickly respond to text and email. I've used ios and android. I want something because it's functional not because everyone else has it.

    The Passport would be a good fit. It's got great battery life, and was built for communication.

    BlackBerry PRIV is the only one I would recommend, as it is a new device and runs Android.

    Other wise it would depend on what's available in your market and what form factor you want....

    No mention of apps? Well...based on your info I would say a Passport. If you need access to fully functional apps then Priv
