I have a 21 second Ringtone but it only plays for 5 seconds and then goes silent when I get a call.
It's in mp3 if that makes any difference. Would like it to play the whole time the phone is ringing..

hmm what device exactly do you have? and what OS are you running?
I am on a Z30, running OS 10.3.0.1130.
