I just downloaded the Shazam app from Amazon appstore (version 30.13.0000),..... but when I run the Shazam app,it just crashes after showing the the login page (first page that usually comes)....

Do you have any ideas about fixing this problem. I really need Shazam anyhow .

Use SoundHound on BB10 instead. Available on BlackBerry World.

But soundhound doesn't play the songs (not even the preview 30s).....it had so many bugs(some features not really work)

Getting Shazam to work is a challenge. But here goes.

Cobalt's file share:

Install and login with 4.3.3.

Install and register with 2.8.

Install Play Store v6 build2.

Stop here if all you want is Play Store.

Install Play Services v11.

Install 4.4.4 (but don't open after)

Install Play Games v5 (if desired).

Install whitelist 1.0.0.6.

If an app (Shazam in this case) requires Google Play Services:
Download app with Cobalt's Play Store (but don't install).
Whitelist unpatched app.
Patch app on PC with Play Services Patcher 1.6 using defaults settings.

Install patched app.

Incidentally, Play Store on BB10 will provide Shazam v7.6.1, but we can actually go as high as v7.10.3 - just get it from apkmirror.

You still must whitelist and patch as above.
