It seems once I switch off my z10 and switch it on, the current settings change to the older ones. All the applications downloaded on 10.3 disappear. I don't understand why is this happening! Help!

This has been addressed by BlackBerry in their knowledge base. And a fix has been released. Kindly use the "search" feature in the CB forums.

With all due respect the CB search function is not very helpful.
