    any one plz help me because before last five days i have created a process for security wipe in my blackberry passport, 99% process completed in 3 days but after 3 days i see process hold on 99% and this message show last two days ,

    any best idea for start my blackberry passport ?

    hard reboot the device by holding the power button down for about 20-30 seconds. Should force a reboot and expedite the wipe. If that fails connect to BB Link on a PC and try the hard reboot to force recognition of phone. You should then be able to initate the wipe through BB Link.
