Im thinking to do wipe security for my QIo so I was wondering will that affect my current os Io.3.2. Will wipe security downgrade my current os to os Io.2?

No security wipe won't change what OS is loaded.

OP save yourself a potential migraine by doing what Lusitano suggests. Much quicker and you may have to do it that way in the end anyway. If you don't believe us, just do a quick search here on CB for "my device won't complete a security wipe" or words to that effect.
