screenshot by on/of key + vol/down not working on KeyOne limited edition black???

does anybody know what the trick is to get a screenshot on the blackberry keyOne limited edition black. just bought it (far away...) and installing things, trying things out. Works great overall and a good follow-up after my Q10.

sorry; it DOES work. used to holding these short but you have to hold them down somewhat longer...

Jip, same here. Was used to the Classic, taking a Screenshot immediately. But the K1 takes about a second.
