Woke as I usually do and attempted to open the CNN app. Would not open and I did receive some kind of message that I can't recall. After a few attempts I deleted the app and tried to reinstall but this does not work either.
Unable to download load anything from Google play.

14 gigabytes used internally and 6 of 32 on an SD card.

Some time during the day I must have I must have did a pocket screen shot (I can't figure out how that happened!) and had a notification that due to limited storage or workplace regulation the screen shot could not be downloaded.
Personal use phone

Any ideas anybody. Nothing out of the ordinary has been done with the phone and nobody else has used it.

All settings seen to be as they have always been.
