Ever time I try to take a screen shot it gives a message "can't take screenshot due to limitate storage space or it isn't allowed by the app or your organization". Any help ?

It could be that the app you're trying to screenshot prevents it for security reasons. Nothing you can do about it.

    Curious ....

    What device are you using?

Does your device have low storage?

Are you using a company phone, or have company software on your device?

What method are you using to take the screenshot?

I use to press power button and volume down button together. Yes, I do have a company enterprise installed. However, I used that before too, and worked fine. I then changed the screen due to breakage. After that it isn't working

Maybe you should check with your company's IT department if they changed some policies... Changing the screen shouldn't have anything to do with this.

About storage. In case it is full, how do I move the data from the cloud to the memory card, of even set up to save the screen shot on memory? I appreciate the help

The screenshots do get saved on device storage, not in the cloud. So unless your storage is completely full, which it most likely isn't, there's something else preventing screenshotting.
I've seen that message when trying to screenshot timed BBM messages and inside MDM software (both just for the sake of testing). I've never seen it system-wide, but I guess enterprise software policies could do that. I'd suppose it's either that or some weird bug.

What file manager do you use? You should be able to look at the data usage for both device and sd card. Here's a pic of what I mean, I use asus file manager:

Thank you for the insight. The storage is fine. It was fine before changing the screen resolution after the screen cracked.

So you can do a screen shot now using the app?

Just a thought, but have you run a BlackBerry Virtual Expert check? You'll find BBVE in the app drawer.
