Hello,

I'm working with a client of mine who is using a Samsung S8 coupled with the latest version of Blackberry UEM. He is also using the Android 8 OS on his phone.

The issue he's experiencing, is that when his phone is in locked mode, he'll usually receive at least one notification sound if an email comes in. However, if any other emails come in after that point during the locked mode, there is no notification sound for some time (5-10 mins?).

I have gone through all of the Sound notification, DND settings, Battery Optimizer, as well as ensuring the Work app notification settings have been set to a Urgent priority (Play a Sound and Notification). However, this has not fixed the issue. Is there any known problem with the Blackberry UEM client not working properly under Android 8? I know there were some changes by Google in this version of the OS which changes how notifications can be set.

Any help to resolve would be most appreciated.
