I'm looking at buying a Samsung android watch. Are they compatible with the dtek60?

There's no such thing as a "Samsung S Gear". There's the Gear S, Gear S2 and Gear S3.

The Gear S is technically only compatible with Samsung phones (though there's a workaround apparently: Tips How To Pair Gear S With Any Phone), while the newer ones can be connected to any Android phone with virtually no loss of functionality and also the iPhones with... well, some loss.

Btw, none of them is actually an Android watch, they run on Samsung's Tizen OS. The Galaxy Gear was the only smartwatch from Samsung which ran Android.

The Gear S3 works beautifully with my Priv, and the Gear Fit2 works beautifully with my wife's Priv, if that means something to you. They would both work just as well with the DTEKs.
