Hello,
I understand that special blackberry data plan (BIS) makes BB a safe phone (kind of encrypted phone calls, mails and messages).
In BB10 you don't need a BIS plan....so, that makes BB10 less safer than a blackberry with BB7?

BIS traffic is 3DES encrypted and covers data in transit between the BlackBerry device and BlackBerry Infrastructure.

Texting and calls are following the standards like any other phone on the market.

BBM is more safer in BB7 than BB10(without BIS) ?

Good question actually.

I haven't heard that the protocol or encryption used have changed. Assuming they are using the same, the security must be unchanged.

But pls remember BBM is not secure. All devices shares the same key.
In order to listen in, you would have to understand the SRP protocol and find the 3DES key. Not easy but I assume some intelligence services are able to do so.

eBBM should resolve this problem, but I haven't looked into it yet.

I think you may have that the wrong way round. Due to BIS data compression, OS7 is significantly slower than a BB10 device. Not even taking into account the fact that BlackBerry 10 smartphones are 4G enabled for the most part.
