Hallo there guys am new here and needed to know how to get the blackberry runtime to work I bought a new Q10 and prompted to update to the version 10.3 immediately on first setup today I installed the runtime to solve invisible android apps problem but even the runtime itself can't be traced either icon I tried opening it on BBW but crashes please assist me with this issue thanks

Not sure what you are asking here. The runtime doesn't have an icon that i know of. It's a file that runs in the background. If the runtime in the update is toast, you would need to download it again and sideload it

If you have updated to OS version 2876 the android runtime patch is available in BBW.

Simply install it and reboot device.
Do NOT try to open it.
It will NOT leave an icon on your device.
These instructions are noted on the patch description.
