I downloaded the apk file from www.leobueno.net/PaginaProyectoSoft.php?id=WIKI_ANDROID and installed it on my Blackberry Passport (OS 10.3). I continued with building the wikipedia files as described.
My problem now: I don't know where exactly to put the large wikipedia files, so that the app can find them. I have a similar problem with aarddict (described here: github.com/aarddict/android/issues/107)
