I personally don't know the answer, but firefox OS is relatively new, why would one run firefox OS apps on BlackBerry 10 when there are good apps on playstore or even native BlackBerry world?
As soon as the BB10 runtime can run Firefox? Currently build 30 currently crashes on the BB10 runtime. The apps are just web apps that need Firefox to work.
