Anyone figured out a way to get this to work?

Downloaded the 1 Number app from Blackberry World, but it only gives options for setting call rules and blocking numbers............. no option to place an outgoing call or text like it should.

I confirmed with Rogers tech support that it requires an additional app "Rogers One Number Smartphone App" to function, but that Blackberry is not supported. Wha?? Can't understand the point then. And why then is it featured in BLACKBERRY World at all???

Anyway, I've been successful loading certain Android apps via Amazon Appstore but Rogers One isn't offered there from what I can find.

Anybody manage to load it successfully another way?

I grabbed the android version from Google Play and it works (on 10.2 at least - haven't tried it on 10.3 yet). One huge downside is that because it is an android app the audio volume and quality is terrible: could barely make out what the other side was saying. Again, I haven't tried on 10.3 yet and am really hoping the volume issue is fixed.

Crummy about the sound. But better than talk-time fees when travelling. Thanks, I'll give it a shot.

Should I be uninstalling the official one then first?

Very sweet. Got it working. Other than a small delay on the phone, works perfectly from what I can tell so far.

Voice and SMS over data. Awesome.

This will save me a mint when travelling.

Didn't have to side load it. Just used snap to grab it from Google Play.

And just tried it again (since going to 10.3.1) and the sound quality and volume are entirely acceptable.
